Aquatech Innovation Awards

The pool sector needs a change of scenery; we are entering a new era of innovation, the application of technology, sustainable solutions, and the design of healthier and more energy-efficient spaces are becoming increasingly necessary.

The Aquatech Innovation Awards are intended to recognize the work, leadership, and effort of those companies and professionals who are committed to transformation, disruption, and innovation. For those who generate new materials, develop alternative products, more efficient equipment, water management systems in line with sustainability criteria, and operational processes that should help meet increasingly demanding pool management needs. Also, for those who apply technology and digitization to improve facilities in spas, sports clubs, hotels, resorts, campsites, public spaces, or water parks, among others.

• Product Innovation: Pools, Components, Domotics and Furniture: Award for outstanding innovation in products related to pools and spas, including pools, components, home automation systems, and furniture. Products that enhance efficiency, functionality, and user experience will be valued, along with their contribution to sustainability and adaptability to new technologies.
• Hotel project: Recognition of the pool and/or spa project located in a hotel, spa or resort environment that stands out for its innovative design, its integration with the environment and its ability to provide an exceptional experience for users. Both the aesthetics and the functionality and sustainability of the project will be valued.
• Residential Project: Recognition of the pool and/or spa project in a residential development that stands out for its avant-garde design, its adaptation to the needs of the residents and its contribution to the well-being and quality of life in the community. Prizes will be awarded for the creativity, originality and energy efficiency of the project.
• Water Park for Families: Recognition to the recreational facility located in a water park or campsite that stands out for its innovation, its diversity of activities and its ability to provide entertainment and fun to visitors. Safety, accessibility and environmental friendliness in the design and operation of the facility will be assessed.
• European Facility: Award for the best facility with pools and/or spas that stands out for its contribution to the well-being and health of the community, its accessibility for all citizens and its focus on sustainability and energy efficiency. Efficient management, innovation in services and integration with other infrastructures will be rewarded.
